About my work
Customer Experience Design
I help brands grow locally and flourish globally through real people insights, understanding cultural narratives and producing experience design strategy helping you to break through inherent biases and create value in new markets.
Research and Development
My R&D approach is rooted in anthropology, psychology, and behavioral science - identifying
predictors of emotion, attachment, and relationship to brands, engaging directly with individuals and groups through rich methods that uncover insight into behaviors, preferences, barriers, and values, generating long-lasting and profitable relationships.
Ethnographic Market Research Insight
I am a senior Ethnographic researcher and strategist with a track record of delivering large insight programmes in luxury, innovation, NPD and behaviour change frameworks enabling constant commercial improvement.
